I need a $ 5,000 to $ 6,000 loan but have bad credit (458). Are there any quick options for me to obtain a loan? I want to open a daycare/child care center and the building is already a daycare but need the deposit, the first month’s rent plus licensing fees and advertising fees. All the equipment is already in the building.
